Our very best results come from working hand in glove with clients. We regularly embed our senior Account Managers in our client’s offices. This embedded role results in working directly with our client’s business development teams at their site and visiting our clients project sites.
For instance yesterday Zoey was at Merrill Lynch in Canary Wharf. Brooke Pinkney pioneered this type of embedded role. She spent 3 days a week, for a year, at Compass UK and Ireland HQ in Uxbridge. Our work with Compass now extends across the globe, including APAC.
Compass’ APAC HQ is Sydney, Australia. Brooke has worked on business development with the Compass Australia team for the last 5 months from the UK. This has meant night time working and early and late catch up calls.
We decided that Brooke should reprise her embedded role – but this time in Sydney, Australia!
Brooke landed in Sydney just a week ago, started work with our Compass colleagues in their offices on Tuesday and has just finished her first week.
A lot of jet lag, a bit of home sickness hasn’t stopped her hitting the ground running. Her role with the Compass Australia team is to firmly establish best practice lead generation by using our Total Prospect Management methodology to build robust, measurable sales pipelines.
