Broadley Speaking are looking to recruit a diligent and forward-thinking individual to join a growing CRM and data management [CRMDM] team.
Broadley Speaking’s CRMDM team is at the heart of the businesses growth strategy and empowers the wider teams by planning, developing, building and implementing OMNIA®, Broadley Speaking’s Prospect Management System.
OMNIA® has been developed as a ‘best in class’ new business development tool used by both Broadley Speaking and its clients.
The successful candidate will be capable of supporting the continual development of OMNIA®. This will require both technical skills and, preferably an understanding of sales and marketing processes
Working alongside the Head of Business Processes, Data Management and Research, the role involves managing sales pipeline databases on behalf of multiple clients as well as ensuring that all gathered data is accurate and up-to-date. Furthermore, the role will involve all aspects of CRM management including import and export of data.
Joining the established company at an exciting stage of growth, there will be opportunities to contribute skills and ideas towards the ongoing development of a best-in-class prospect management system.
Additional responsibilities include content creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
