Business Development Manager

Broadley Speaking have an exciting opportunity for Business Development Managers to join our Tavistock team, the role offers an excellent platform for an experienced business developer to join and support our rapidly growing and dynamic high-end business development agency.

More specially we are looking for experienced, motivated, strategic thinking, creative and outgoing people to join our vibrant and supportive workplace. We work hard and go above and beyond for our clients, but most importantly the sense of camaraderie here is palpable.

Broadley Speaking works on an international scale with a wide range of clients including Fortune 500 organisations; generating new business opportunities using a range of modern sales tools and techniques. You will build brand awareness by surrounding prospects with digital marketing utilising social media, email campaigns, web design, SEO and video content. You will introduce our client’s products and services to senior decision makers using regular telephone contact to build strong relationships and influence them to discuss potential partnerships and projects. 

Typically, you will work on behalf of two or three clients and write and present reports on a weekly basis.  

You will have your own personal development plan and full training during our two-week induction programme where we’ll teach you advanced sales skills and show you how to fully leverage social media and email-based marketing. Additionally, you’ll learn how to use our CRM system, OMNIA®.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in Business Development, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience building and maintaining a sales pipeline
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn prospecting tools
  • Adept at building professional relationships at all organisational levels
