Meet the team - The original Broadley Speaking

Broadley Speaking was founded by Hilary Broadley in 1997. Hilary has extensive sales and sales management experience. Over the last fourteen years the company has grown from a small home office environment, to a company that now dozens of  people. 

This growth is due to the excellent results and service levels delivered by the Broadley Speaking team for their clients. The team have a strong mix of sales and telemarketing experience across a wide variety of customers and industries.

Introducing Sharon Bratchley

Sharon is a typical Broadley Speaking recruit , vastly experienced, with a strong educational and career background. She has never been to a call centre in her life !

Broadley Speaking always recruits by aptitude and attitude and Sharon has both in spades. A fluent , incisive and well trained sales professional. Product and brand advocacy is at the heart of what we do here at Broadley Speaking. Another pair of safe hands for the work we conduct on behalf of clients - selling relatively complex products and services in the b2b space  

Introducing Jonathan Bradford

 Jonathan read for his first degree at Swansea and then did his masters at Bristol. He came back to glorious West Devon to seek out a career that could keep his keenly honed mind sharp. He had some previous experience in a regular call centre in Northern Ireland and it's fair to say that he thought that at Broadley Speaking he could leverage that experience to earn an income in the short term. However he has found the environment and the challenges more than enough to keep him busy and stimulated. John said: "It's a world away from the call centre work I have done in the past. We work at a strategic level with market leading clients and then we have to deliver tactically. I spend a  lot of my time talking with senior executives in large organisations ; about their business needs and how my clients products and services can meet them. It's a lot of fun and I have found a really good bunch of people to work and play with "
