The majority of the work we do is via the telephone but it is important to understand we are not a ‘call centre’. Our teams consist of professional, specially trained sales personnel and we never use scripted calls or predictive dialling systems. We specialise in selling high value, or complex products and services to senior business people.
We work for a variety of market leading clients. Our telesales services include advertising sales across printed media and online. We cross-sell and up-sell on behalf of our clients, developing the relationships in their brand portfolio and their value. We have experience of selling space at events, seminar attendance and also filling places on training courses.
